Feliz Navidad!

Hi Class,

I really loved our singing in the gym. Haley and I agreed that "Feliz Navidad!" was the best because of the the clapping in between. I can't believe that Christmas is just 6 days away!

Double DARE Dawson!

Hi Class,

I hope all went well for your double DARE classes with Constable Dawson. He told me last week that you would be doing some "role-playing". I hope it was informative and fun!


I'd also like to say that our "Elec-tree-city" of LIGHTS looks great. We definitely had more than enough to decorate it.

You've really been getting off easy lately with homework because of all of the special activities leading up to this holiday season, so I really hope you're taking advantage of it and doing a quality job on all your December LSC and Workshop Activities. Other homework items include:

Canadian Children's Dance Troupe - AWESOME!!

Hi Class,

Wow! That group of young, talented dancers was absolutely inspiring! It's so amazing how, through music and movement, so many different stories can be "told". It really was a "WINTER SONG" about different people's "lived" experiences.

Anyway, here's your homework update:

1) Tomorrow is Spelling Day and Lauren's teacher is coming in to see her work, so I know we'll all give her our best support while we take up our Spelling and do our tests.

Dance Performance Tomorrow at Show Place!

Hi Class,

Wow! I can't wait to see the Dance Performance tomorrow at Show Place. I really think some of the things we really need to observe will include the use of: balance, symmetry, pattern, contrast, etc.

Here's your homework update:

1) WEDNESDAY is Spelling #12 Day! Don't leave it till the last minute.

2) If you haven't written your PLOT Response Letter to me yet, you need to do so.

3) For those of you who still have a little more to do on your "Invertebrates" Research, try to fill in as much as you can by Wednesday. We will be taking it up on Wednesday and discussing what will be on your test on Monday.

4) Some of you still have 3rd pages of your Reports to bring in still and/or your IEP signed page.

5) Finally, don't forget about any of your French Cafe work.
